Then you’ve come to the right place at our beachbar. Here you will find delicious food and drinks that are freshly prepared for you every day. In addition to the meadows and beaches, our large sun terrace invites you to relax. From there you also have a great view of what is happening at the wakeboard facilities. This is where burgers and co. simply taste best! Fresh coffee and delicious cakes are also available at the beachbar.
We live and work in harmony with nature! For the sake of our lake we use 100% compostable and Co2-neutral disposable packaging at the beachbar, have our leftovers recycled for renewable energy and mainly use natural, seasonal groceries from local producers.
For our Classic Burger, we receive fresh meat from local cattle,that could graze on a pasture, which is formed into juicy patties by hand. The vegetarian version of our burger comes with organically certified falafel and homemade aubergine cream. Thai curry paste gives the currywurst its special taste in our in-house recipe. Our delicious cake selection also comes from the region. We receive a freshly baked delivery every day from the local baker in Spalt, who also provides us with their own burger buns.
At our cocktail bar on the sandbank you will find the right refreshment for your visit with us. The day can be rounded off perfectly on our lounge furniture with delicious long drinks, non-alcoholic cold drinks, a freshly tapped beer or classic cocktails. For our cocktails we focus on high quality- with high-quality spirits, well-known syrups or fruit juices from ecological cultivation. So please enjoy the sun and relaxation with a view over the lake and the sounds of the musical mix of surf and indie rock. Due to the constantly changing range of drinks, you will always find the current ones on the tables in the cocktail bar on site.
